Harrod and Keynes on method

Commenting on Harrod’s “Scope and method of economics” (Economic Journal, December 1938), the presidential address to be read before the Cambridge meeting of the British Association in 1938, Keynes expounded his views as to method, modelling and econometrics (the exchange of correspondence began on 4 July 1838).
